Programs & Support

Support that goes
beyond the hospital.

From the first phone call through long-term planning, we support patients, caregivers, and families through every stage of care.

WHAT WE DO

We fill the space medicine leaves behind

A neurological diagnosis can change every aspect of life. While healthcare providers focus on treatment, The Grey Area focuses on the people living through it. We provide practical guidance, emotional support, education, and community connections designed around the real challenges faced by Cayman families every day.

PATIENT & CAREGIVER SUPPORT

You don't have to figure this out alone.

Whether you have recently received a diagnosis or have been living with a neurological condition for years, you do not have to face it alone. We provide compassionate support, practical guidance, caregiver resources, and peer connections for individuals and families.

Our patient intake form takes less than ten minutes to complete. Once submitted, a member of our team will contact you within two business days.

Financial Assistance

When the bills don't stop, we help. Neurological illness can place significant financial strain on individuals and families. The Grey Area’s Financial Assistance Program provides targeted support to eligible members facing treatment- related and essential care expenses.

Applications are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, with approved funds paid directly to verified service providers.
